In March, we received our draft permit from the Office of Renewable Energy Siting (ORES). If adopted and approved by ORES as the final permit, Repsol Renewables will be authorized to construct and operate the Mill Point Solar I Project. Based on a comprehensive view of the record, the draft permit finds that the project complies with Article VIII of the New York Public Service Law and avoids, minimizes, and mitigates, to the maximum extent practicable, potential significant adverse environmental impacts. ORES has to issue its final decision no later than January 26, 2026.
